A scenic 9-hole, 1,357-yard family golf course set between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton.
Welcome
The Alan C. Alford Red Reef Family Golf Course sits on U.S. Highway A1A, north of Palmetto Park Road and south of Spanish River Boulevard, with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean.
The 9-hole course was designed by Charles Ankrom and includes holes ranging from 64 to 227 yards. Tees, fairways, and greens feature Seashore Paspalum grass for bright color and smooth playing surfaces.

Parking is always free for golfers. Walking is permitted anytime, golf cart availability is extremely limited.

Residents must provide a photo ID and one proof of residency with name and address.
Those residing outside incorporated Boca Raton, but within the boundaries of the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District, qualify for resident pricing at the Alan C. Alford Red Reef Family Golf Course only.
Youth Golf
Junior golf programs are available for beginner and intermediate students ages 5-16, with league play and afterschool options for young golfers.
Ages: 5-16
Date & Time: Sundays, Sept 14-Nov 3, 3pm. Registration ends Sept 1.
Info: The PGA Jr. Golf League is the perfect program for beginner and intermediate students to gain experience on the golf course in a tournament setting. Students will compete in a fun and friendly setting. The season will consist of two practices and six matches. Students must register online through the PGA Jr. League portal.
Cost: R: $450, NR: $562.50
Ages: 6-14
Date & Time: Tuesdays or Thursdays, Sept 2-28 or Sept 29-Oct 26, 4:30-6:30pm.
Info: The beginner and intermediate programs welcome any golfer to join and learn the game of golf, regardless of playing experience. The goal of these programs is for students to progress through our U.S. Kids Player Pathway Program. Through this program, students will grow their skills to participate in the PGA Jr Golf League and learn the fundamentals of full-swing, short game, putting, rules of golf, and golf etiquette. Pre-registration is required. All equipment will be provided, if needed.
